Welcome to Stanpixels. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Stanpixels
Stanpixels provides creative and digital services, including graphic design, branding, website design, hosting, domain registration, digital marketing, and content creation.
Some content currently displayed on this website may be placeholder content while the website is under production.
2. Project Scope and Deliverables
All projects will be completed according to the agreed brief, quotation, proposal, or project agreement.
Where applicable, project deliverables may include:
- High-quality PNG, JPG, and/or PDF files
- One design concept
- Up to two revisions
- Final files delivered after completion and full payment
Requests outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
3. Hosting and Domain Inclusions
Where included in the selected package, Stanpixels may provide:
- One-year domain registration
- One-year shared or cloud hosting
- Free SSL certificate
- Email setup for up to five accounts
- CDN integration
- Daily backups
Hosting and domain services are subject to the policies, availability, and technical limitations of third-party providers.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments will be made as follows:
- Initial deposit: 40%
- Development or mid-project payment: 30%
- Final payment: 30%
Payments are due within seven days of the relevant milestone or invoice date.
Stanpixels may pause work, withhold final files, or suspend services where payments are overdue.
5. Timeline
The standard project turnaround time is 24-48 hours, beginning after receipt of the required content, assets, project brief, and initial deposit.
The timeline may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, feedback, approvals, and the timely provision of required information.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:
- Accurate website or project content, including text and images
- Quality images and brand assets
- Logo files and other relevant materials
- Event details or project information
- Access to existing systems where required
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Availability during the testing or review phase
Clients are expected to provide feedback within a reasonable period, preferably within 48 hours where applicable. Delayed feedback, approvals, or content may affect the project timeline.
7. Revisions
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed deliverables. They do not include a complete change of direction or expansion of the original project scope.
Included revisions depend on the selected plan:
- Startup Plan: 2 revisions
- Pro Plan: 4 revisions
- Premium Plan: Unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope
Additional revisions will be charged at the following hourly rates:
- Startup Plan: KSh 500 per hour
- Pro Plan: KSh 500 per hour
- Premium Plan: KSh 1,000 per hour
Major changes, new concepts, additional pages, new features, or services outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation or project agreement.
8. Subjective Nature of Creative Work
Creative work is subjective and may be interpreted differently by different individuals. Personal preferences regarding style, quality, colour, layout, or suitability do not automatically constitute a failure to deliver the agreed service.
Requests based solely on a change in personal preference will be treated as revisions and remain subject to the applicable revision limits and charges.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Stanpixels website belongs to Stanpixels Creatives. This includes:
- Designs and artwork
- Website layouts and content
- Logos and brand assets
- Project files
- Drawings and illustrations
- Source files
- Images, videos, and graphics
- Written content and materials
You must not republish, reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, or use any material from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, editable source files, working files, project files, and original design materials remain the property of Stanpixels, even where previews, exports, or selected files have been shared with a client.
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are subject to full payment and the terms agreed for each project.
10. Project Affiliation Disclaimer
Stanpixels is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any individual, company, organization, brand, or project featured on this website unless expressly stated.
Any projects, designs, case studies, logos, names, images, or other materials displayed on the website are presented for portfolio, demonstration, or promotional purposes only.
Displaying such work does not imply an ongoing partnership, ownership, endorsement, or official affiliation unless confirmed in writing.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use this website or our services in a way that:
- Damages or disrupts the website
- Impairs its availability or accessibility
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access
- Introduces viruses, malware, or harmful content
- Violates any applicable law
- Misuses Stanpixels content or services
12. Third-Party Services

- Loss or misuse of files supplied by the client
- Failures or interruptions involving third-party services
- Reliance on information published on our website
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our information is accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, or current.
